This year’s grand prize dream home, built by Forbroad Custom Homes is located at 6923 Shoreside Drive, Plympton-Wyoming, and valued at over $1.5 million dollars! The beautiful home is nestled in the brand new community of Waterside Estate, just a stone’s throw away from Lake Huron’s shores. The grand prize features a fully furnished luxury dream home or an alternate cash prize of $1,000,000, the largest cash prize in the Dream Home Lottery’s history.
“We are proud to partner with Bluewater Health Foundation on this year’s Dream Home Lottery, as it has long been a local fundraising initiative for which we have hoped to collaborate,” says Pat Maaten, owner, Forbroad Custom Homes. “Our community means everything to us, and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to share our home design skills with the meaningful purpose of cultivating community generosity in support of local healthcare.”

With over 11,000 chances to win, additional prizes throughout the campaign include a brand new BMW, a Costa Rica getaway, a Swiss Rail experience and
